Where do you ship?
We currently deliver exclusively within the UAE, with international shipping to be introduced in the near future.
How long will my order take?
- Studio Collection pieces: shipped the following day.
- Bespoke Design pieces: shipped within 1–6 weeks from the date of order.
- Delivery within the UAE typically takes 2-3 business days.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours with photographs so we may assist promptly.
BESPOKE ORDERS
How does the bespoke process work?
Our bespoke design service begins with a design consultation to understand your vision, dimensions, and material preferences. Once finalized, production begins following approval and deposit.
Can I approve the slab before fabrication?
Yes. When available, we provide slab imagery or viewing appointments to ensure confidence in your selection.
Are bespoke orders final sale?
Yes. Due to their made-to-measure nature, all bespoke designs are final once production has commenced.
Can changes be made after approval?
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Do you accept returns?
Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Bespoke design items are non-returnable.
To request a return, contact us at theaccenthauss@gmail.com with your order details. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Are deposits refundable?
Deposits for bespoke design items are non-refundable once production has begun.
How are refunds issued?
Approved refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days following inspection.

How should I care for my marble?
Marble is durable, long lasting, and easy to care for! Just wipe clean with a soft damp cloth and avoid harsh or acidic cleaners.
Will my piece match the sample exactly?
Each slab is naturally unique. Variations in tone and veining are inherent and celebrated as part of marble’s character.
