- Studio Collection pieces are shipped within 1-3 business days. Bespoke designs are fulfilled within 1–6 weeks from the date of order.
- Delivery typically takes 1-2 business days.
- Delivery fees are displayed at checkout.
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen delays.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
- Bespoke design items are non-returnable.

- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-15 business days to reflect in the customers bank account after we receive the returned item.
