3. Shipping & Delivery
We currently deliver within United Arab Emirates only.
Studio Collection pieces are shipped the following day. Bespoke designs are fulfilled within 1–6 weeks from the date of order.
Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days.
Delivery fees are displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen delays.

4. Returns & Refunds
Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
Bespoke design items are non-returnable.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
